[Well, he's read plenty of murder mystery books, but most of those didn't involve the bodies vanishing, or people being forcefully put to sleep. It's a little hard to investigate without, you know, evidence to look into.

[Yeah, he understands. He nods--and if Komory fluttered off, he'll hold out his arm, letting him fly back and cling on. Komory is free to come back to them whenever he wants, of course, but he doesn't mind taking care of him otherwise, especially when the little bat's presence might hurt more than help. He will solve this dang murder for this orphaned bat's sake.]
Alright. [He lifts his hands for a moment, like he wants to reach out to her--but he's not really used to giving hugs (or any form of comfort, really), so he lowers them again after a moment.] If I don't learn anything tonight, I'll find you tomorrow.
[ she spares a look at komory, but she thinks if he wants to hang out with leo, it's okay. he'll be back. (just like riku.)
she notices the hands lifting and gives a small, fleeting smile, understanding the sentiment for what it is. ]
Right. Thank you. [ it's quiet, because she means it, really. ] Even if you don't find anything, if you think of something... Anything that might help.
