No. It was inside the room. [The vision, too.] Two people came inside--I'm not sure who they were, but they seemed to work here. They talked for a while, and then there was screaming, and squeaking, from outside the room. They opened the door, and they must've seen some kind of monster, but I couldn't see it myself.
[A nod, because, yeah. At this point he'd be more surprised if it was anything else.]
The ones in the room are horrible. They don't look right. [Rat decor! Gross! But also, what the hell is he supposed to do about this weird vision...] Sora and Riku mentioned seeing a large metal rat several days ago. [Back when they were both fucking ALIVE except then sora comes back to life but he doesn't know that yet] But I don't know if it was the same one.
If it didn't work, we wouldn't have anywhere to stay, though. [Plus they're apparently made of metal, so. Ugh. Frustrating.] But finding some way to smoke them out isn't a bad idea.
[Metal rat overlords being responsible for all this is incredibly nonsensical but at this point he's just going with any idea that could possibly get them out of here, no matter how crazy it sounds.]
